Is it okay to eat whatever you feel like...

no. do not eat shit food. you eat shit food, you will look like shit.

i personally think fruit is indulging, and i try to limit my fruit intake whenever possible. not to get too off topic, but what is your workout routine like? you work your upper body every sunday? are you working your back, legs, arms, calves, shoulders, etc.?

To get the results you were talkin about youll have to change your diet drastically.. once youve taken the first steps it gets easier..worth it in the end

thanks, yeahmy friends were like "You look gay you're tall and skinny as hell why dont you gain some weight and just eat big macs everyday" and I was tellin him that I don't want to be a fatass , but I am currently eating healthy with a few "cheats" here and there but not drastically. I just work out my upper body on Sundays, Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Bicep, Deltoid, etc... I work out my lower every 2-3 days.

As you all know. The beast always goes against all the conventions. Not really my intention, but its just what happens when you dont listen to anyone and do your own thing for so many years. I do agree with keeping the protein at around 1 gram per pound of bodyweight. As for eating whatever you like, well theres some good in that. I wouldnt eat much of the simple sugars like donuts and pie you mentioned. No real benefit to that regardless of metabolism. The protein definately needs to be a minimum of your bodyweight in grams, and more wouldnt hurt with hard training. (Im assuming you train hard and intense already) As for being healthy, fuck that, thats not my specialty!! haha You can be big, or you can be alive. You cant have both!! haha Kidding, a little bit. I went crazy on the fast food and eating everything diet. Id hit 6000 calories on some days. It cost me alot of money though. I did gain muscle doing this. Everyone responds differently though. Youll need to see how fast and efficient your metabolism is. Try it, and see how your body reacts. Id cut out the refined sugars, but up those carbs. Grease is fine, sugar isnt going to do you much of any good. Occasionally its ok, dont make it a habit. Ive never been one to turn down free and available food however, so eat alot and see how it effects you. You can always clean up the diet accordingly if it doesnt work out well. Make sure to get that target protein everyday though, and keep the calories and carbs high. I used to go for 300-800 carbs a day when I was bulking at between 150-180 (Large carb range I realize, but my eating is/was all over the place). I had lost weight and was bulking back up. Heres a link to some of my eating days during my old bulking diet:

Hope that helps

Eat healthy. Not just because it will produce better gains, but because you'll be in better condition, which should be reason enough. It's normal to have cheats here and there. Sometimes a holiday or special occasion will come up, and you just let go for a bit. Fine. Don't listen to your friends, since they really don't know what they're talking about. Eating big macs? Yeah, great. Let them die early and be fat slobs while they're alive. I'll be boring and plain, but healthy and good-looking, thank you very much.

By the way, who says "gay" anymore? I remember in middle school, all people would say is "that's so gay", "you're so gay, loser" and "don't be gay". Like...the connotation of the word is just ridiculous, because people use it for everything. Tell your buddies to grow the fuck up.
