Today was bench press plus arms. Think I am about to hit a breakthrough on the bench press. Trying to get to 10 with 135 and still think Monday might be the day.
Barbell bench: 3x135 4x135 6x135
EX Bar Tricep extension: 12x60 12x60 12x60 10x60
Hammer strength tricep dip: 15x90 12x140 11x160 10x160
Tricep pushdown: 20x80 20x80 15x80 20x60
EZ Bar curl: 4 sets of 12 50 pounds(also nice and slow)
Preacher curl: 12x45 12x45 12x45 10x45
Hammer curl: 4 sets of 12 25 pounds
I also did an additional set of tricep pushdowns superset with cable curls at 50 pounds. Did 40 reps for the pushdown and 30 for the curls just to finish it off. Also 10 minutes of cardio to start and 10 minutes to end. Good fun workout.
