Injured and cannot workout

Hi all

i recently hurt my chest and back and am unable to lift weights for at least 1 week.

Ive never been in this situation before and dont know what to do.

Should I continue to eat the same way as i was, but remove my PWO shake?

I was on a clean bulk eating around 3500 cals per day and lifting between 3-4 times per week.

Please advise me what the best thing to do would be.

Cheers

Paolo

Hey

Yeah, definately cut the postwork shake.

How long are you in the gym for? Estimate how many calories you spend while lifting in the gym and reduce your caloric intake by that would make sense to me if your worried about fat gain....are you?

personally I would probably just continue to eat the way I am minus the post workout shake. It's only a week, right?

first off dont start liftin till you are sure you are healed because you will regret it. Second make sure you keep the protein intake the same. The cals are prob ok at 3500. You may or maY not begin to store fat. but make sure you heal and keep the protein intake high

Thanks a lot guys.

I really do not want to store fat, but im gonna keep eating exactly the same with the exception of my PWO shake.

I was tryin to clean bulk anyway, so my diet aint too bad.

Im still sore now, so i reckon its gonna be sunday before i can lift again, which is a pain in the a$$.

Thanks again

Paul
