I am doing this instead of having a cheat meal in the weekend



or hmmmm.... can I have both ??

I mean I went from 23 % to 12.7 % BF drinking smirnoff ice on saturdays and having one cheat meal on sunday ...

So ?? what do you guys think ??

EDIT - yeah , I am serious bro , my diet , training and rest are perfect from monday - saturday afternoon.

I only drink about 4-5 smirnoff ices on saturday nights and then sunday I diet all day and I do one cheat meal in the evening .

that is it 4-5 ices on saturdays night and one cheat meal sunday


I think I will have to choose one or another , can't have both LOL ( I mean I will have to choose , 5 smirnoff ices on saturdays or one cheat meal sunday )
