Alright so let me catch this log up! Been a busy few days! Back was limited a bit due to left elbow but shoulder day it felt fine. I gotta stop falling asleep on my arm. I wake up everyday with my arm or hand numb because I feel asleep on it lol.
Back:
Dumbbell bench: 60x15 70x12 80x10
Lat pulldown: 3 sets of 10 at 100 pounds
Cable seated row: 3 sets 12 135 pounds
Straight arm pulldown: 4 sets 15 at 100 pounds (still my favorite back exercise)
Threw in some bicep pump work at end.
Shoulder:
Hammer strength shoulder press: 45x15 70x15 80x11 90x8
Dumbbell lateral raise: 4 sets 12 at 15 pounds
Hammer shrugs: 3 sets of 20 at 180 pounds, 1 set of 17 at 180 pounds
Reverse fly: 3 sets of 15 at 85 pounds and 1 set of 10 85 pounds
Facepull: 4 sets of 100 at 20 pounds
