Is it possible with the way things are made/processed to even have a lower carb protein bar? High protein, hi fat, low carbs?

I am not a chef, and don't claim to be, so if anyone has a recipe please throw it my way. I used Needto's Peanut Butter Moon Low Carb Recipe, just curious if there is anything out there thats lower than 18g?

Thanks!!

*Chocolate Whey
*Peanut butter
*Sugar free jello putting pack
*Add Water until desired consistency

Just made it up, haven't actually tried it yet. I mix Chocolate Whey and Peanut Butter all the time, add some splenda and form into a bar, but it usually doesn't make it that far, i just eat it out of the bowl.

LOL. Nice.

For a low carb snack. use 2 scoops of whey, 2 tbsp of natural peanut butter, place in microwavable bowl, add water little by little to get a batter like texture, then add a little more. throw it in the microwave for 45-60 seconds. the outside should form a brownie like texture leaving the middle creamy, like a filling, very good. just make sure you dont make the whole thing a brownie cuz it doesnt taste as good, imo. this isnt my recipe, got it from a thread on here post by Southern Lord. and scivation made a video on youtube as well. i eat this twice a day on my keto type diet.

I've been looking for that thread all week! If anyone finds it link me please! I've been wanting to try that.

Thanks Nomak, that is something I was looking for. Something that could be enjoyed on a keto type.

hahaha i like when he calls for a vesectomy and condom. I will be eating this on my cutting diet thanks guys!

Wow, just went and made this. Wasn't expecting much because i hate peanut butter, but mixed with chocolate whey and water, it was surprisingly nice! I left it in the microwave for too long though and it went a spongy texture most of the way through which wasn't that nice, so i chucked most of it away. Im gonna be making this next week for sure! Ill try it with cookie and cream flavour whey next time and wont leave it in there as long.
