high water intake advantages

lately ive started having a nice big mug of green tea in the morning, then drinking and peeing pretty much non stop all day, now i know this helps flush out a lot of crap within my body..

..but.. what i want to know is that last night was my lil brothers bday party (little tackers grow up so fast!) and i went out on m&m's, bit of ice cream (surprised myself with how little actually) and 2 small merangs (how the fuck do i speel that?) but in the time i ate that (over like, 3 hours) i drank at least 2-3L of water, if not more.

now would that have any effect on how much fat and stuff my body is taking in? or is it in there no matter what? i dont want to use this as a loophole or anything to excuse breaking food plan, but im kinda curious.

many thanks.

im not sure entirely about water intake but i know that fiber and protein can both lower insulin response and can help prevent u from gaining fat

Drink ice cold water...body has to burn calories to bring the water up to body temp. :) (Can someone get an estimated #? I seem to remember 150ish cal's for a full glass?)

I'm fairly sure that the amount of water you bring in has no bearing to the amount of fat that you bring in, 2 completely different things

No, it's something like 150 cals/day if you drink an entire gallon of ice cold water, as compared to room temp water.

If you already drink ice cold water, then it wont make a diff. Just keep on doing it. And drink more.

Sorry bro, but fiber and FAT lower insulin response to carbs eaten with them. Protein causes an insulin response, although most protiens cause less of an insulin response than equal amounts of most low gi carbs.

its all about increasing insulin sensitivity.....using less inuslin the get the job done is the best route.....R-ala....chrom pic. etc......good stuff ...and well studied
