give me some ideas on some intense cardio workouts to include in my routine

kettlebell swings, turkish get ups, farmers carries, high rep olympic lifts -- all good ideas and will certainly get you sweating
 
Fireman carries, buddy drags, mountain climbers (toe to hand), buddy bear crawls (those absolutely suck), etc.

Moya, you may be right, but I was just thinking about some crossfit workouts that use 10-20 rep hang cleans or light weight snatches. I know some friends of mine do hang cleans for cardio, 8x8 @ 135.
 
Simple and effective. Burpees!!!! You can do a race to a 100 burpees, or sprint the length of a football field and then do 10 burpees, jog back, sprint again and do another set of burpees, repeat.
