Ever go a full 24 hours with no sleep?

I don't think I've gone more than 2 days and I blame that on drugs. It was horrible.

did 24hrs without sleep last night. had to catch a plane, and was worried that id sleep through my alarm.

personally im a huge garfield, and hate going without sleep. this time...it was worth it

Many, many times. Flying, school.... I can't handle it the way I used to - it hits a wee bit harder.

24-36 without sleep would just be a minor inconvenience. I have had some bouts with insomnia and after 4-5 days without sleep you can’t even drive a car, working the TV remote can be a challenge, you start to loose you’re short term memory and get very confused.

I'm not talking about being sick, I'm tlking about of necessity? Had to drive my GF to the airport at midnight last night as one of her family is very ill. It was 8am before I got back and I literally showered and did an 8 hour working day. 36 hours with no sleep and I'm feeling it!!

How long can you go before you can't take it anymore?

going without sleep is close to impossible for me.

2 full days then 3 hours sleep then a day and a half awake, finishing a thesis.
i was walking around and seeing things move from the corner of my eye

Naval Nuclear Power School. I would snort .357mag caffeine tabs to stay awake. Would do 3-4 days straight without any sleep.
