whats up crowd.
im 25 and this is my 3rd cycle, my first cycle was just pure dbol tabs. then second was deca and test. but i got sick during the cycle.
now i decided to go for my third and to try test400 and deca out again.
im 25, male, i weight about 185 and 11 percent bodyfat. i been lifting for about 7 years seriously right after highschool. into college fooball then tore my acl. and never felt the same after. so i decided just to work on my body..
my plans is to run a 12 week cycle
800mg (2cc) of test 400 every week
400mg (2cc) of deca every week
both every three days.
my diet consist of
5am- 3 whole eggs, 2 egg whites and 2 cups of oatmeal, a 40 gram protein shake with no fat milk... i mix my shake with my oatmeal to add some flavor to it.
8am- a peanut butter banana sandwich, w/ 2 slice of whole wheat bread, tuna with mustard and 2 slice of whole wheat.
11am a 60 gram protein shake, and 24 carbs.
12am - super pump 250 post workout
130- post workout 48grams of protein, and 52 grams of carbs, bcaa, glutamine, creatine
4pm- 2 cups of rice, and 2 chicken breasts.
7pm- a 60 gram protein shake, and 25 carbs.
9pm- cottage cheese, pineapple, granola, and a 25g protein shake 12 carbs.
is that enough...
should i intake more... help me out guys. im trying to reach 210 and im stuck at 185
