i'm trying to begin running a ckd diet but can't figure out a decent way to get all the fat that i need. so far today i've eaten a two-egg cheese omelet, 4 sausage links, a couple pieces of cheddar cheese, and a six ounce steak. i've figured my totals to be around 77g fat, 97g protein, and 1 gram carb so far today. how can i get more fat without the proteins and carbs? (i need like over double that amount of fat, right?). should i just spoonfeed myself canola oil?
