Cutting Diet Grocery List

So I will be heading back to College soon and I will be preparing my own meals. I am in the process of cutting weight and will be needing a grocery list to get me started and I could use some help. I have some of the basics, but could use more to have some variety in my meals.

Right now I have:

skinless boneless chicken breasts
oatmeal
skim milk
water
celery
bananas
tuna
lettuce
wheat bread

I could use some alternatives for breakfast, something other then oatmeal every day

Buy some sliced turkey breast from the deli, and grab some eggs. Lots and lots of eggs. Use one whole egg to every three to four egg whites. A lot of an eggs fat is in the yolk. Make up some scrambled eggs and turkey.

Use your lettuse to make a huge salad and add some of your grilled chicken breast to it. Add in sme veggies that you like.

Gran some ANPB. Although it has fat in it, it is still very good for you. Buy some protein powder and mix it wirh fat free milk or skim milk or soy milk, or even water. Add in a scoop of oates, and a tablespoon of ANPB. Very filling shake. Low in fat, and high in protein.

Grab some low fat, low carb tortillas. Add your scrabled eggs for breakfest with some salsa. Add some sliced turkey and lettuce for lunch and make a wrap.

Add in more turkey, and fish. Stay away from red meats. There is less fat and equal amounts of, if not more, of protein in fish, turkey and chicken.

Grab some of that sodium free Mrs. Dash seasoning. It is very good and good for you. They have a ton of flavors.

Make a chicken and veg. soup. If you need a recipe, PM me and I will send you one. It is very tastey, very good for you and an excellent addition to meals to help fill you up. DO NOT buy soup frm the store and eat it. It is loaded with sodium and other shit you can avoid by making your own.

This should get you started. Let me know if you need any recipes or anything else.
