I used to here pottasium was the main thing to take but it actually is calcium and magnesium. Just hope you don't ever get the dreaded "Taint cramp" That one will double you over good!

Ya i always liked calcium and mag the best. If you take potasium you can only take that.... if you combine potasium and magnesium it can makes your cramps worse.
I was down south for a show and a guy was cramping very bad on stage. It was about 100 degrees that day. He went back stage and took calcium and mag...Wasnt working he was too dehydrated. He buckled over, ambulance came ..when he got to the hospital they injected him with potasium and it killed him!!!!
Definitely the Dbol. I just finished a 4 week kick of dbol and I was getting these nightmare neck and bicep cramps that made tears come to my eyes. Drink a ton of water and as soon as you are done with the dbol everything will be all good.
Man, I always get them in the middle of the night in bed, usually in my calves or quads, wow, excruciating pain, I feel for you bro. All I do is stretch as much as possible and drink water till I almost puke.
Well sometimes the top of my forarms cramp up and i can deal with that when working out. Its saying you have so much blood in there your at an extreme pump.
But this is out of control...Yawning...lol
I know we would take calcium and mag when cramping on stage due to dehydration Wonder if it will work for this
