I have been training for amateur boxing for the last 2 months. However I have not lifted in that time and my muscles are starting to turn to atrophy. I am 22 6' 195. I plan on lifting weights on thurs. and sun. I also planning on doing push ups,pull ups, dips, and running stairs on mon-weds-fri.
Is this overtraining?
Should I instead just eiether a) Lift weights only b) Do push ups,pull ups, dips, and running stairs only c) Do both.
I would like to do both. Would doing this be more harmful than helpful?
