dardenfest is the first and last time I will compete as a lightweight even if it means getting my ass kicked a few times as a HW teen.
last summer I gained 30lbs or so
this summer I don't intend to gain that much but a good amount
My current training schedual is pretty intense and I keep loosing weight. Currently i'm eatting anything that isnt nailed down. And before bed I have been drinking shakes that consist of:
icecream, whole milk, carnation instant breakfast (2 packs), protein shake, peanut butter OR raw cookie dough
i alternate between PB and cookie dough because I like to switch it up like that. I'm drinking a cookie dough one now and its making me pretty sick...I think i put too much this time LOL
what about you fellas?
I know louden and hammer are...anyone else?
