  • Close grip bb bench press(lateral) 115lbs up 10lbs 4x12
  • DB Incline bench press 25lbs 4x15
  • Incline bench cable French press(long) 90lbs up 10lbs 4x12
  • Wide grip dips 40lbs up 5lbs 4x8
  • Overhead v-bar tricep extensions 100lbs up 10lbs 4x13
  • Isolated chest fly machine 90lbs 2x15 drop set 70lbs 1x25

One more week on cycle. Hoping to gain at least 1lb this week.

Today was posterior chain day/leg day

Hamstrings/glutes/calves

  • Deficit deadlifts 135lbs up 10lbs 4x8
  • Standing calve press machine 220lbs up 20lbs 4x12
  • Hip thrusts 140lbs up 10lbs 4x12
  • Dumbbell deadlifts 45lbs up 5lbs 4x8
  • Donkey calve presses smith machine 40lbs up 10lbs 4x12
  • Cable kickbacks 30lbs up 10lbs 3x15
  • Laying hamstring curls 65lbs up 5lbs 3x12
Also just wanted to double check about the cardazol. I’ll order that next week. Is that going to effect my cut significantly?

  • Bb squats 205lbs up 10lbs 4x8
  • Pendulum squat 35lbs up 5lbs 4x12
  • Incline calve presses 210lbs up 10lbs 4x
  • Bulgarian split squats 5lbs 3x15 up in reps
  • Seated isolation leg extensions 35lbs up 5lbs 3x
  • Adductor machine 145lbs up 5lbs 4x12
  • Smith machine calve raises 100lbs up 10lbs 4x15
  • Hip abduction machine (leaning forward) 160lbs up 5lbs 3x15 (leaned back) 110lbs up 5lbs 3x15

I kept the protein at 300g a day but cut back on the carbs. I went down in weight this past week which is concerning. I’ve been having trouble gaining weight these past few weeks.
