Today was posterior chain day/leg day
Hamstrings/glutes/calves
- Deficit deadlifts 135lbs up 10lbs 4x8
- Standing calve press machine 220lbs up 20lbs 4x12
- Hip thrusts 140lbs up 10lbs 4x12
- Dumbbell deadlifts 45lbs up 5lbs 4x8
- Donkey calve presses smith machine 40lbs up 10lbs 4x12
- Cable kickbacks 30lbs up 10lbs 3x15
- Laying hamstring curls 65lbs up 5lbs 3x12
Also just wanted to double check about the cardazol. I’ll order that next week. Is that going to effect my cut significantly?
