everything you listed breaks a fast, yes even coffee and tea unfortunately. so if you do intermittent fasting it is best to have your coffee/tea in your eating window. if you do prolong fasting you need to avoid them, trust me you will live.
if you want to fast the right way then just water and electrolytes are okay. i'm talking salt, potassium.
Best thing you can do is stick to just water with the occasional pinch of salt. There are some sparkling waters that are ok as long as they do not include any sweeteners in them (real or artificial).
