Session:
Thursday - Hamstrings / Glutes Focus

Despite lingering quad DOMS from Tuesday, yesterdays hamstring-dominant session ran smoothly. Lying leg curls and stiff-leg deadlifts moved well, and strength continues to trend upward across movements. Cable glute kickbacks caused a significant lower back pump that lingered well past the set, but nothing that impacted performance. All working sets were executed with good control and intensity.

Cardio:
15-minute walk after lunch.

Nutrition & Supps:
Breakfast through to post-workout nutrition is attached. Day finished with chicken, rice, and veggies. Digestion has been solid, and the recent refinements in food timing and meal content seem to be helping. Pre- and intra-workout protocols were consistent with prior sessions and continue to support good session output.

Recovery:
Slept 7 hours and 3 minutes. DOMS in the quads was significant but not concerning- expected given the increased load and overall session volume on Tuesday. No joint pain or new issues to report.

Current PEDs:
Same as previously mentioned.

Current Health Supplements:
Same as previously mentioned.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
Mood continues to improve as work-related stress settles. Libido and energy are in a good place. No other side effects to note.

Adjustments Made:
None.

Progress Updates:
No weight taken yesterday morning. Strength has taken another step forward this week and training quality has followed suit. Confidence is high with how the gear is performing, and the blend of recovery, nutrition, and structure is dialled in.

General Comments:
Everything feels well-aligned heading into the final session of the week. Quads are still recovering but not a limiting factor. Looking forward to an early morning session today and using the weekend to recover before pushing on into one final week before a planned deload.
@hypogaeum good job on the PED's! it is looking solid. we love the training and the hardwork you are doing too
