Well after years of being lean and lifting weights, i have now gotten above 15 % bf. Im gonna start doing cardio 1-2 times per week along with my normall lifting. Anything natural that i can take to maybe help shed a couple pounds of fat. Im not looking to get really really cut, but i just wanna loose a few pounds of fat. Any ideas. I am about 5'9 185lbs. With 15 % bf.
