Maybe when I move to Costa Rica. Was thinking about taking MK-677 to assist. Any thoughts?
I just ordered two months worth of that this morning. While I haven’t tried it yet, I have tried CJC1295/Ipormarelin and also CJC1295/GHRP6, both of those gave me a really amazing boost in sleep quality, I expect I’ll get the same effect from the MK-677.

12/14/23 workout and diet info attached.

Decent sleep Wednesday night an added a hippy speedball to the morning routine. The combo definitely made a difference in the workout and the mindset.

Dosed the GW @ 20 & SR @ 10 X 2 as usual.

Thursday's workout went smoothly and hit everything I needed to without any issues. I did about 20 min of cardio on the treadmill @ 4% incline. I easily had another 30-45 min in me.

This was the first day I felt overly hungry but stuck to the macros. I'm attributing this to the extra calorie burn from the longer than usual workout.

Will weigh myself Saturday and try to get some pics.

Once I get a few nights of good consistent sleep I will do the 1 mile test.

I'm definitely feeling larger pumps which last longer than usual.

That's all for yesterday.

Correct data for workout 12/14/23

Lol sorry gents just seeing this.

Hippy Speedball = Redeye coffee and a spliff.

I'll post up the logs for the previous day later today.

1 mile run on the treadmill 9:53 secs down from 12:06 after a leg day!

Not a fan of running outdoors for timing purposes and it's cold as hell here.

bros the pumps from what you think?
The pump seem to be a combo of the diet and the stack for me.

The bro that was supposed to start at the same time is noticing the pump increase as well. He powerlifts and has been able to squeeze out more reps and his DOMS is less.

12/15-16 workout and diet info attached.

Decent sleep Thursday but not so much on Friday night. I have seen other posts on various boards that some feel lethargic as well as insomnia on GW alone. The general consensus from those affected seem to be back down to 10 and wait a few days to go back up.

Based on today's performance I'm going to stick with the same dosages GW @ 20 & SR @ 10 X 2. I will continue to pop 5mg capsule of THC the first time I wake up within my sleeping window. I have these on hand and is legal for medicinal use in my state. Seems to give me the little bit of decent sleep I am getting.

Friday's workout went better than I expected. I did about 15 min of cardio on the treadmill @ 4% incline.

Saturday's workout was a bit rough but I hit everything I needed to do at a much higher intensity. I didn't have the energy to do the cardio but hit my step count regardless.

Diet has been good no issues with snacking or craving anything. I have been changing the last meal time from 2030 to 1930. Same with meal 3 which is now at 1500.

I missed my weigh-in but did it on Sunday 12/17/23. I did the 1 - mile test which I posted about before and will go into more detail in the next update.

That's all folks.

I’m on medicinal cannabis as well, I find nothing suppresses rem sleep like it does, is amazing stuff.

Decent sleep Saturday and Sunday night but still not where I want to be. Added 10/5mg of THC/CBD and it's giving me a few hours. Hoping my doctor's appointment goes well today and I get some better meds for sleep.

Sunday's workout was great, lots of pumps and intensity was high. Monday was a rest day.

My 1 mile running endurance test was phenomenal and went from 12ish to just under 10. Keep in mind that I'm a Marine, running and pull ups are engraved in my being so it's like riding a bike (you know what I mean). I'm curious to see if I can get it under 9 min in January.

Diet has been good no issues with snacking or craving anything. I'm dreading the holiday weekend since I know I'm going to have eat with family who doesn't share my vegan diet let alone my macros.

I'll post weight and some blood work in a separate post.

That's all folks.

Forgive me for asking
what made you turn vegan even as a marine that doesn't fit the stereotype?

The VA Hospital loves to shit on veterans when it comes to health care. They love to over medicate us which leads to lots of health problems which they just treat with more pills. Eventually my health went to hell and was having serious liver, kidney, heart issues and my mental health was way worse than when I got out. I said to hell with the pills and I'm doing my own thing, so vegan I went.

@usmc718 I see thats an issue with over medication. Vegan is good, have you tried carnivore?

I have, but for healing and longevity purposes the closer you are to vegan (not a junk food vegan). I have tried vegan keto & raw vegan but it's too difficult to do by me and when I'm traveling within the US. I saw more gains on vegan keto btw.

I can say that it was WAY WAY easier to be a carnivore and gains where easier to achieve.

Diet, training and body comp data attached for 12/12/23

Didn't sleep well again on Monday or Tuesday night and I'm going to switch up my sleep meds to see if that works before adjusting a few things.

Dosed the GW @ 20 & SR @ 10 X 2. Haven't done the one mile endurance test yet, honestly haven't had the energy.

Yesterday's workout was tougher to get through due to the sleep problem. Stack definitely gave me enough juice to get through it.

Did about 20 min of cardio via walking on an incline.

No issues with sticking to the diet hunger wise.
Removed emoved the packaged rice with steamable rice and cut consumption down to once a day.
Taking a small break from the beans to make more room for the big salad.
Might start having some fruits and vegan whipped cream to satisfy the occasional sweet tooth.

Today 12/13/23 is a rest day and I'm doing IF.

great update

12/19-12/20
Workout data is attached.

Rest day 12/20

I believe that I passed the issue with the sleep as I have been getting some crazy amounts of sleep the last two days. I have the same sleep meds as before but at a higher dosage, did not take the TCH/CBDn either night. I added a sermorelin and ipamorelin blend dosed at 250mcg 30 minutes before bed. On Sunday night I will skip the blend and see if its just the meds or I truly passed the hump of not getting sleep from the GW/SR.

Tuesday's routine was amazing, and the pumps lasted till almost bedtime. I did a CBC to ensure I was not producing too much Hemo or Hermaticrit, and it returned just fine. I posted it earlier this week. What I believe is going on is that I dropped one of my blood pressure meds, which is a diuretic. Since dropping the med, the weight has gone in the other direction due to my body holding on to the water. I checked with my PCP, and they are having me take a mini dose, so I hope the water comes down. That being said, my weigh-ins this week are way off, and I'm floating around 207 but at ~19% BF. I started again today, 12/21, and will see what the scale says in a few days.

I have not run again since my last update. Tuesday was a new workout week with more volume and a lower RIR of 1. Next week will be 0 RIR and will not run until my de-load week.

My diet has been good and becoming more difficult to adhere to as I burn more in the gym. I have not changed the diet to reflect the extra calorie burn but will do so on the week with 0 RIR as it is the most difficult week.

I'll post my weight and some blood work in a separate post.

That's all, folks.

Sorry folks, I've been off the grid for a few days.

I'll post the data for the last two days. It's just too much to go back almost a week and post up. Below is a summary of what's been going on.

I believe that I passed the issue with the sleep issue, but I have been taking the THC/CBDn edibles if I wake up before 01 am. I've continued with the sermorelin and ipamorelin blend, dosed at 250mcg 30 minutes before bed and at least 90 min away from my last meal. As of 12/21, I've increased the SR9011 to 30mg per day, split into 3 doses before 1500. GW is still the same at 20mg per day once a day.

My weight is still hanging around 210 lbs (~95 kilos) @ ~19%. BF has gone down, but muscle mass has gone up. I believe I started all this incorrectly after being down for ~10 days, and my muscles may have been flat. I wasn't eating much while in the hospital and wasn't doing any kind of exercise. I'm going to try to do maintenance macros until Jan 16th and go back to the diet macros. I signed up for a 6-week buddy weight loss competition.

Since increasing the SR, I've been smashing through all the workouts, and the intensity has gone up dramatically. The pumps have been insane, but I'm attributing the increase to the stack, sleep, and volume combination. I just finished up the 5th week of my MESO, and this week's target was 0 RIR. All my lifts have gone up on this cycle. Week 6 is the final week in this MESO and is just a deload week.

I have not run again since my last update, but I plan on putting in some miles during the week.

I did some blood work last week and will repeat it again in 3 weeks after making some changes and letting my fatigue go down a bit. Nothing was out of whack I just like my numbers better. I will post a side-by-side comparison.

I'm going to take pictures Jan 5th.

@usmc718 you saying even CBD thc didnt work for sleep? do you have a sleep monitor?

@usmc718 you saying even CBD thc didnt work for sleep? do you have a sleep monitor?
CBDn (not the same as regular CBD) +THC has been helping along with my sleep med (dosage increased).

I've had 3-4 sleep studies and had surgery to help fix my sinuses and nose so there's no apena anymore. I also use hostage tape to force me to breath through my nose.

I wear a smartwatch that tracks my sleep if that is what you are considering a monitor.

did the surgery on your sinuses cause any type of complications

how much is a sleep study like what you did cost and where do you get that done
I went to an ENT and a my shrink and had them prescribe a sleep study so it's covered my insurance. Otherwise it's $20k USD.

The sleep data you're seeing is from my Galaxy Watch. I have another program that reads the data as well as a bunch of other useful information. It's called Wellatory. Some pics attached. .

did the surgery on your sinuses cause any type of complications
My sinus were in mad shape, spent too much time in the nightlife in NYC (read between the lines) when I got back from the Corps. To fix it and the deveated septum I had took 3.5 hours vice the normal 1 hour. That surgery changed all aspects of my life with zero complaints post surgery.
