Decided to go fasted since I woke up later than I normally do so why not? Body sure is recovering fast. Not even sore from the back workout two days ago and yesterdays delt/tri's workout no soreness at all. Can see my midsection really start tightening up. Things are going in the right direction. Ok everyone have a nice lovely weekend. Rest up!!!
