sometimes sickness can be good @CL1 it helps your body come back more fresh. so don't look at it as a bad thing alwaysIgnored the sickness and kept training.
Unfortunately I think I've lost some definition, but have put on 1kg so not surprising. Strength definitely going up.
Feeling good.
Chest acne still aids I hate it.
Check in with Tom tomorrow, hoping for more food but not expecting it.
