Didnt hit carb target yesterday as had a bigish weekend, so maybe a bit flat this morning.

90.3kg this morning, abs still on show.

Strength going up, acne subsiding, health markers all looking good.
Added vitamin e and benzac body wash to try get some of the acne on my chest to go. Will stop shaving as well to stop the ingrown hairs.

No sides that I've noticed, currently on
