Rest day from the weights as my body is telling me I'm doing to much.

So today is cardio/abs

Starting the day on a empty stomach and having a triple shot black coffee and 0.07mg DMAA

20 minute Incline walk
20 minutes bike
8 x 2 minute rounds on the boxing bag

Situps 10 x 3
Cable crunches 10 x 3
Decline situps 10 x 3
Hanging leg raises 6 x 3
Planks 40s on / 40s off x 3
Russian twists 30s on / 30s off x 3

10 minute stretch followed by a 20 minute sauna


Post workout is protein oats with berry's.

Yesterday was a rest day for me.

Worked all day and got a nice 3km walk done up a hill later in the evening.

1) Protein oats
2) 200g Chicken breast, 100g sweet potatoes & 100g broccoli
3) 2 scoops WPI
4) Vietnamese combo roll
5) Chicken, 100g sweet potatoe & 100g broccoli
6) Protein pudding
rest and recover R&R
 
7am leg session weighing in at 99kg

30 minute Incline walk
Single laying leg curls 18.3kg x 13 x 3
Barbell back squats wide stance 80kg x 10 x 3
Reverse barbell lunges 60g x 8 x 3
Leg press wide stance 200kg x 12 x 3
Leg extensions 48kg x 12 x 3 superset into close stance sissy squats bodyweight x 15 x 3

The wide barbell squats and reverse lunges destroyed my adductors/glutes today and finishing off with the leg extension superset into sissy squats was a filthy quad pump at the end.

I'm ready to tone down my log now for my upcoming holiday. PED use will drop back to TRT dose after tomorrow and I'll cruise for a month or so now, dropping back to intensity and giving my joints a rest.

Have honestly enjoyed this little 4 week push so much. Some quality pumps, weights went up and happy I reached out to @ODINLABS to try a new source as he delivered the goods 💪

Will continue on his test from now on and post up some bloods in the following weeks ✌️
