Starting the day on a empty stomach and having a triple shot black coffee and 0.07mg DMAA
20 minute Incline walk
20 minutes bike
8 x 2 minute rounds on the boxing bag
Situps 10 x 3
Cable crunches 10 x 3
Decline situps 10 x 3
Hanging leg raises 6 x 3
Planks 40s on / 40s off x 3
Russian twists 30s on / 30s off x 3
10 minute stretch followed by a 20 minute sauna
Post workout is protein oats with berry's.
