@CL1 you look 1000% solid. one thing i will push for you though. drop another 1-2% body fat. this way those abs really pop and vascularity shows!

On ANY double bi elevating the elbows a fraction makes a HUGE positive difference

Bit of a coordination issue for me - trying to pull the lats down and keep the elbows up - bit too much brain power for me

Totally agree, i think I'll have about 8 more weeks of mild growth then 4 weeks of hard cutting to get everything popping.
After that it's wedding/honeymoon and I'll come back next year a fat fuck again.
