Mistake

So i believe i made my first mistake after about 6 months of lifting. I didnt realize you SHOULDN'T lift heavy in a fasted state. Now im extremely sore. Every muscle i worked is completely sore. Needless to say I'm not doing that again.

Sore is the name of the game. I have lifted in a fasted state before and all I notice is that I'm very lethargic. Perhaps you stepped your training up a bit and didn't realise it?

Its possible but i was told you should only lift when you have food in you (afterwards i was told)

That's nonsense. I trained fasted 5 times per week and have great results.

So what if you're sore? That means you worked that muscle. It's called lactic acid. There are ways to reduce it but getting sore is part of the game homie.

I know it's part of it and I've never minded it. It just seemed more than usual. I could've trained harder this time.

I trained fasted on the weekends and sometimes it is the best workout
