Update. Yesterday I was down another .2kgs. Went to bed at 94 woke up at 92.2. So I'm down around 3.8kgs from Monday.
Good frost week of adding in the burn days. Today is a build day though so I'll have some carbs today. Looking lean.
Note: dropped the erase pro to eod and my joints are no longer grinding but still looking dry. Good stuff IMO.
20% wow, perhaps lol. I really dont know as I don't know how to use calipers and using the BF% thing by using different measurements seems to give me something like 12% (Which I am pretty sure I am not).
Good burn, was pretty beat after making all of my workouts superset. Was gonna super set the rows with skull crushers but my elbow was clicking and didnt want to stress it. i have been doing push ups every morning as well so I think they are getting their work in .

Good stuff, again I am doing HST so the weight lifted is pretty sad. I just hope my body will be able to continue with the constant progress lol.
Most people would be surprised at how much bodyfat they were holding. Last year when i was 200 and started cutting, I never measured bodyfat, but now looking back I know I was at least 20% minimum. I wouldn't have believed it then though....lol
