Got in late last eve so logging had to wait.
Solid leg routine. Noticing my legs are coming along nicely. Prior to injury legs were in shape enough for apprehension purposes, but now I am beginning to gain thickness which is excellent!
Today I hit back, traps, and biceps!
Remembered my wraps and all back movements went up without sacrificing form. I talking 40lbs to nearly 60lbs on all pulling movements. Very happy!
Not to be out done, curling for me was AWESOME! Full on pump and strength to boot! Heavy preachers followed by straight bar curls. Here I added 20lbs for straight set of 12. Without any shoulder movement were elbows would come forward. All bicep! Hammers fried my grip at this point so I finished up with seated machine curls.
Excellent day to be in the gym!!!!
