Keto Burn. For me, a very important product. I utilized this product in an attempt to offset my reduced ability to do cardio.
My diet during this log has been very clean. Fish, chicken breast, tuna steaks, Oats, brown rice, sweet potatoes and a multitude of fresh or steamed vegetables. I did feel at a point where bloating became an issue. I removed 1/2 my intake of greek yogurt , and replaced milk with water 2x's a day for my shakes.
