Approved Log 2025 Testosterone + Masteron Cruise Phase Log

First off, @Exodus Labs has informed me they are no longer able to sponsor this log as planned. Super grateful for what they have done so far particularly in supporting me through early sobriety. We have ended on good terms and I stand by what I have previously said about their products - top tier quality, super smooth oils and an innovative, and effective, cycle support product.

As it stands, I have currently reached out to another vendor to discuss the possibility of a new log sponsor and am just waiting to hear back to discuss details and potentially finalise. I’ll keep you all in the loop as the situation updates.

As I’ve run out of @Exodus Labs cycle support, I’ll be going back to using my own pharmaceutical valsartan (similar to Telmisartan) and metformin for blood pressure and blood glucose management. I’ll also pick up some TUDCA for liver support while running this anavar.

Continuing to get killer pumps in the gym and increase lifts - with size slowly coming on.and strength going up.

@Tiger Salman Khan too true, it’s the difficulty of finding time to cook/ actually getting it done that makes meal prep difficult. I’ve got ADHD so planning and executing tasks like meal prep is really tricky - hence why I’ve chosen to outsource thus far. In the past when I’ve tried to meal prep I usually get one or two good weeks then the wheels fall off and I’m eating randomly. With outsourcing, I’ve been consistent in meals and macros for five weeks in a row now.

@the_alcatraz I’m at my peak food limit I think man, one or two more shakes and I might burst haha. But for real, eating this much is close to my limit - and for sure a tub of protein is relatively cheap, but I’m dirt broke and flat out affording my current food, supplements, and daily expenses - so while one tub may not seem like much, it’s actually quite a lot relative to how much I have.

@Golden_Circle sorry to hear about the sponsor issues
but that is the circle of life
the most important thing is your sobriety and keeping your training/diet on point regardless

@Golden_Circle I still think there's room to improve your diet.
I still see a lot of ready-made Foods.
Food prep on your own. It's much better.
