exactly - why do that ? Your body responds much better with whole foods, especially lean protein sources which contain the amino acids that our bodies need. Maybe 3 shakes per day at most but get some real food
 
I learned it form a body builder

but he did "liquid days"

on days he did not lift or did small body parts he would do it
 
I've learned alot of stuff from BBer's too, but my body's "chemistry" wouldn't allow me much benefit from alot of it. If it works for you, then go with it. Either way, good luck.

liquid diets are great...... blender... fruit, all natural pb, whey protein, MRP's , milk, water psyllium husks, creatine i mix it up getting most of my protein from those things....only solid foods are eggs and some meat
