Weeks Dosage
1-4 Katanadrol v3.0 - 2 capsules spread throughout the day.
1-4 Forged Burner - 1 capsules 2 times a day morning and late afternoon.
1-4 Forma Stanzol - 7 pumps rubbed on your chest 2 times a day morning and night.
1-4 Ephedrine - 16mg once or twice a day
4-8 Forged Post cycle - 2 capsules 2 times a day morning and night.
5-6 Forma Stanzol - 3 pumps rubbed on your chest 2 times a day morning and night.

also will be taking OPTI-MEN multivitiman

Goals:
drop bodyfat - gain lean muscle - get stronger.

20 minute walk on the treadmill!

Workout was awesome, Definitily alot more focused then I've ever been!
I've also decided to drop the Ephedrine!!
 
I've dropped Forged Burner as well - got hot flashes/dizziness last night - maybe too much forma ... maybe forged but I'm dropping forged and dropping forma doses to 4 am/pm so in total 8...

had a mediocre chest workout today - no point even worth noting..

tomorrow is Bi's and Tri's will report later..
 
I did Bicep - Tricep yesterday - wow the pump was great - don't know what it was from... but it was phenonmenal ...

also thought I would revise my whole cycle I had planned earlier..

still taking the KATANA as stated above.. but taking FORMA 3am 3pm and also added 1 pill of KETO BURN...

Stopped the Ephed and Forged Burner.. - seems like a little too much.

today will be cardio then hit shoulders and legs on the weekend!
 
Cardio today

15min on Treadmill at 10km
16min on Ellipitical doing HIIT training minute jog 50%..minute 85%
 
Shoulder workout yesterday - the pump i am getting is unexplainable!!

Front Raises x 5 sets
Side Raises x 5 sets
Dumbbell Presses x 5 sets
Shrugs x 5 sets
Clean n Jerk x 5 sets

so far overall - looking at my body in the mirror I can see significant changes!

today is legs!! abs tomorrow
 
Legs today - pretty good workout

Lunges 5 sets x 30lbs
Squat 205lbs x 8
Hamstring Curl 5 supersets
Linear Leg press 450lb max x 10reps
