well I had it cheched with calipers in 20+ points on my body and I was 10% a year ago and I had no abs whatsoever flexed or not. Then I did a ckd with E-HCL, Yohimbine HCL, and a ton of cardio, and in 2.5 weeks I had a six pack when I flex my muscles. I think I droped about 5lbs of fat in that time, as well as 8-10lbs of water. Now 8 months later my six pack is more defined then it was after the ckd, but still no where to be seen when not flexed.
