its higher then oat meal thats for sure. but i dont know how high it is....hey you guys said something about maltodextrin, thats what is in splenda....so should i just eat the same as i usually do...oat meal and splenda or sweet potatoes and splenda?
 
so the dextrose is good right after a workout? is there such thing as too much? I am not too familiar with dextrose. Thanks

100g dextrose with 25g protein is a good start... the recommended amount is 4x the amount of protein (thus my recommendation).

overdoing it would be > 200g
