Gaining Mass, how do I do this?

Yeah, eat more calories than I burn, but make sure they're healthy foods still. So, what exactly should I eat? I mean, right now my meal consits of 2 servings of L-glutamine a day, a protein powder just to push me into the 1g/lb of BW mark, and then total cereal with milk and OJ (that clears like all daily vitamins I need) and then chicken for lunch, and tuna for dinner. I can't really stomach all that much more food. My daily calories req is recommended to be like 2500 for the activity I do, and I eat about 1900. I was going for cutting, but want to know what I should do if I decide to bulk...

Stats: 6', 155 lbs

To quickly up your calories, try taking flax oil. It's good for you, and 200+ calories a day. Or try drinking milk.

There's a ton of information on the diet discussion board, why not search it?

switch chicken and tuna with beef and pork, and venison. eat lots of carbs. drink lots of milk

at 155 and 6 ft, it's my suggestion to eat a couple candy bars and a bag of chips a day. but then again, thats just my suggestion

Skip the sugary stuff, it not that good for gaining weight since there is very little protein in it and the carbs are sugars not long branched... Eat another meal before you go to sleep and up the past and eggs.....

one year, i had to cut weight for wrestling. i didnt like the idea of cutting water, so of course i ate a lot cleaner. after the season i ate mostly the same, except i ate a bunch of chips and candy bars. i gained maybe 5 pounds in a couple weeks but my strength was greather than it was before the season.

i was just thinking he could benefit from the fat and carbs strength-wise.

so me, at 5'5 148 , 3000 be to much calories ? Thats 20 times my weight, I might have to buy a weight gainer I find it hard to get 3000 cals without eating the sugary stuff.

maybe, but you had that muscle there to begin with and he is trying to put on mass for the first time...

Talk to B Fold about gaining weight. If you are interested in gaining mass or have a fast metabolism, feel free to eat the foods you like. This may include:

Pizza
Hamburgers (purchase a George Foreman Grill)
Steak
Chicken Burritos or Tacos
Pasta
Tons of Skim Milk
Fish
Potatoes
Flaxseed Oil
Ironhead Pudding

These are a few of may foods that you can eat. Ask yourself if. . . are you training for a contest? If not, go to town on eating!!!! I would personally stay away from foods that are high in sugar. Good luck!!
