Hey guys I'm wondering if you guys on the form know of any good fast twitch muscle workouts that I could do increase arm strength for pitching in baseball. Currently throwing around 87-88 looking for a boost to get to around 90-92 by the next six months. Anything would be appreciated, remember fast twitch not slow I do enough slow twitch muscle workouts with my weightlifting programs thanks again guys!

Twitch? Try going lighter weight for those arms and high reps. Don't want to add too much mass the make your arm too heavy. Most important to increase I think would have to be your back and shoulders..that's where all the muscular leverage is probably coming from

Lol he's talking about fast/slow twitch muscle groups.

For example, marathon runners have 75% slow twitch fibers and sprinters have 75% fast twitch fiber.

There is a debate on whether fast/slow twitch exercises really work. Some say it doesn't work and some say there power increased 15%. Either way, here are some exercises.

Plyometrics utilizing loads, plyometrics, "drop and catch movements", jump squats, olympic lifts, drop jumps, depth jumps, speed squats, speed benches, reactive squats, as well as most ballistic type activities in which either high speeds, and or supramaximal forces are employed.

What sport's season are you preping for?
Weightlifting (Olympic lifts) will aid in developing power in general BUT it might not even be a good idea to learn and do them yet as plyo's might be more beneficial. BW exercises can go a long way my friend.

Im training for baseball, and I'm training for my summer season and I'm trying to put some velocity on my fastball and other pitches, so some exsercises that will help my arms!

explosiveness is key bro

Your arms are just the cable holding/throwing the ball. Your core is whats putting the power behind the pitch, hence the pitchers wind up. Compound movements, heavy weight, low reps, focus on using your entire body when you train, things like bench pressing with leg and back drive as opposed to benching with just your chest and shoulders.
