My 2 biggest concerns are, during the CLEAN bulkin phase.....what would u reccomend for pre and post training nutrition. I train at 6pm and am out like a light at 9:00pm.......would a meal 2-3 minutes (literally) before I crash be detremental? I.E lead to fat storage? Talking like cottage cheese, peanuts, and a casein shake. roughly 600cals, too much

LOL...sorry bro.....someone asked me to pm my diet to them, and I accidently made it a post........it is different, but none the less.......dumb.
