Alright, worked some stuff out, and here is the jist of what i'm thinking:
Cals: 2434
Cals from fat: 559
Fat: 60g
Sat Fat: 26g
Cholesterol: 1206 mg
Sodium: 3980 mg
Total carbs: 242g
Fiber: 48g
Sugars: 50g
Protein: 217g
All vitamins are in good shape
The only thing im missing are the inclusion of some flax oil, which i'll address in another thread.
Baisically what i'm planning is a long term cutting program. I'm not very good at doing strict cutting or bulking cycles, my best results have come from things like this, long term, heavy lifting (5x5), and eating well with lots of protein.
