Cutting poly shirts

OK,I hate to bench, and hate my shirt even worse. It's an ehphd, btw. I'm thinking of cutting the back open, to make it easier to put on, so I'd be inclined to use it more , as well as making it easier to arch in.

I don't have a bench meet until march, and it's an unsanctioned meet anyway, so I'll have time to horse around with this shirt.

How does this sound?

I have cut the backs of some of my polys and used them for train-ing...it works fine...no need for any help getting it on and a super tight poly double that would take 2 guys at least 5 minutes to get on will go on in 30 seconds with no help...the only drawback is to cut 10-20 pounds from your max with it cut...i have a few inzer ehd poly doubles that i am going to get cut and velcroed...

jeremy, you cut your back open , i'll get my pastor to throw you out of the meet :) :)

what you should do, is send it back to inzer and have them throw some velcro on it....

Fuck inzer, they got enough of my money already. I'll have my grandma sew velcro on the damn thing with spiderwire kevlar fishing line if I have to.

Beercan,

As home-made and ghetto as that sounds it may be the best way to do things. I mean sending it back to Inzer with shipping and adding velcro will probably end up costing you the price of another shirt.

Take it to a seamstress or s shoe repair shop and buy velcro in a craft store. Whole thing may wind up costing you 10 bucks that way.

Just my opinion.
