hey guys My current weight is around 104kg I don´t know the bf % but I´m not fat just bulky
my question is when/if I reach my goal weight at 110kg is it ok for me to step on a specially designed VLCD-diet designed for bodybuilders which gives me an ammount of 120 grams of protein daily without worrying I will loose musclemass considering I will be on a cycle with 750mg Testosterone e-c and perhaps 200-400mg Masterone-e weekly?
I know people who are not on AAS are usually recommended 2grams of protein per Body kilo
and considering I will do some light weight training or Will I in my case with my AAS maybe be safe from worrying about this?
