Haven't been on this board in a while so hello to all...i just started cutting up..i have increased my cardio but haven't changed my lifting routine, still doing compound movements, 3-4 sets, 3 excercises for big muscles, 2 for small, 6-10 reps. However i can't lift the same amount of weight anymore..should i change my routine? I am 207 pound, 5 10 body fat is pretty damn high right now i do cardio 4-5 time a week for 45mins to 1 hour and my lifting schedule is:
day1: abs, calves, shoulders, traps
day2:abs,back,bis, forearms,hams,lower back
day3:abs,calves,chest,tris,traps,rotator cuff
day4:abd,quads,hams,lower back
day5:0ff
