3 weeks ago, two of my best friends were arm wrestling in a pub (something they have done 100000X in the past), and one of them had their upper arm snap. He had to have a surgery where a titanium plate was installed to help fuse the break together. Just part of the sport I guess!

I love it....I'm REALLY strong at armwrestling. I have really strong forearms, hands, fingers, and arms in general, especially for my weight class
