Hi guys, sorry for the delay. I did not started my steroid cycle yet, it will be in couple weeks only. But here is the training program I will use:
MONDAY/THURSDAY: Bicep / triceps / Abs
*= superset
*Z-Bar Barbel curl: 10-12-15-12-10
*Tricep Câble pushdown: 10-12-15-12-10
**Inclined bumbel curl: 4x 10
** Tricep dips: 4x Max
***Concentred curl: 4x10 + to faillure
***Overhead dumbell extension: 4x10
Hanging sit-up 4x Max
Hanging leg raise: 4x Max
15-20 min cardio
TUESDAY/FRIDAY: Chest / Back
*Inclined Dumbell Press: 10-12-15--12-10
*Pushup: 5x Max
*Pull-Up: 5x Max
* Lat Pulldowns 5x Max
**Dumbell single arm row: 3x10
** Dumbell chest Fly: 3x10
***Dumbell Pullover: 3x10
*** Dumbell reverse Fly: 3x10
2x15 Zbar curl (for fun of pumping biceps)
Cardio: 15-20 min
WEDNESDAY: Legs / Shoulders
*High Pull and clean: 4x12
*Split Squat : 4x12
**Lateral and frontale raise 4x10
**Hip thrustx 4xMax
Barbell Shrugs 4xMax
2x15 Zbar curl (for fun of pumping biceps)
Cardio: 15-20 min
Saturday and Sunday if off..
