anyone train biceps day 1, then triceps day 2?

I thouught I might try working the triceps one day and the next day hit the biceps. Something like this:

Mon: Chest
Tue: back, shoulers
Wedn: off
Thu: Legs
Fri: triceps, calfs
Sat: biceps, trapz
Sun OFF

or something like that. Anyone tired it with success??
 
I'd put tris with chest. bi's would be good to do leg day if you want to spread them out and traps would prolly be better on back day. Thats just my opinion.
 
Nothing is impossible. you should find out what works for you. Give it a try for a couple of weeks and let us know how it worked for you.
 
I'll have to agree with putting Tri's with chest. You're working your Tri's while bench pressing, you'd basically be training them twice if you did them seperate from your chest day.
