Ok so i'm cutting right now, and i'd like to get in AM workouts on some of my late start school days. Here is my question, i'd like to do both weights and cardio and still have a max fat burning effect. Would i be able to get away with say 2 scoops of whey and a bananna before working out. That whay i use that fuel for lifting and hopefully am doing cardio on an empty tank. Thanks.
