Today I am.

I lost weight again. I weighed myself this morning. I came in at 155.4lbs. I’ve lost 3lbs in the past 2 weeks. Should I eat more? Or is the tren and tbol just burning fat?

I’m progressively overeating every week. I’ll take a progress pic today at the gym
after being sick its normal to lose weight @Mk11kh

but your question about eating more or not hard to say bro honestly
id love to deep dive but you need to give us actual macros and food layouts share your diet with us please
 
Just finished chest and cardio. Had a really good chest workout. My endurance is returning in cardio. Unfortunately I weighed myself this morning and I’m continuing to lose weight. I’m not sure what’s going on I’m eating more than enough calories.

Preworkout 15 mins treadmill 3.6 speed

Seated chest press 40lbs 4x12
Close grip bb bench press(lateral) 85lbs up 10lbs 4x12
Leaning forward chest flies upper chest 17lbs up 4lbs 4x12
Incline bench cable French press(long) 60lbs up 10lbs 4x12
Wide grip dips 25lbs up 5lbs 4x12
Overhead v-bar tricep extensions 70lbs up 10lbs 4x12
Isolated chest fly machine 60lbs 3x15

20 mins treadmill 9.0 incline 3.0 speed

training is good but start going up slowly body takes time to recover
btw you look great in both pics but even leaner in 2nd

My goal caloric intake is 3253 calories

my current actual is 3251 cal 263.5g of protein 95g of fat and 348.5g of carbs

Breakfast
2 scoops of protein powder
1/3 cup of oatmeal
100g of fruit
4oz of lean ground beef with sugar free maple syrup
3 TBSP of PB

Lunch/post workout
1.5 scoops of protein powder
1 banana 100g
8oz of lean ground beef
1.75 cups of beans
4 small corn tortillas/i make tacos with these
100g of peas for extra protein. Sometimes I’ll have yellow corn instead
200g of sweet potato
1/2 cups of almonds

Dinner
1.5 scoops of protein
8oz of lean ground beef
1.75 cups of beans
100g of veggies
1/2 cup of almonds

@Mk11kh to start i would replace almonds and peanut butter with walnuts if you ok

if you want to gain mass we need more protein and carbs here, i would say easiest for us add a protein bar between meals, can you do that?

I can do that. How many calories/protein worth of protein bars between meals?
 
Get 1 protein bar 2x/day to start. You can buy quest those are fine.

Thanks. I do feel like like my hamstrings and glutes are lagging compared to my quads.

I’m doing RDLs, hip thrusts, and laying hamstring curls. In addition to my other leg work on leg day. What do you all recommend? I was considering doing legs 2x a week- one day quads and calves and the other day posterior chain/glutes/hams
