Who does NOT train Tri's w/ Chest?

I have to agree with Sofa on this one. I've tried more than once hitting arms after either back or chest, and each time I got absolutely nothing out of it. But when I do them on their own day, focusing on heavy free weight exercises, close grip bench, weighted dips, standing barbell curls, thats when my arms grow. Different strokes for different folks, but if you say the pics I just posted you can see that its worked for my arms
 
Since my surgery I have trained biceps with chest, and tri's with back, just to give my bicep a break. But this week I have started training bi's and tri's together on their own seperate day. I am hoping that this will help rebuild the strength in my left arm. :smash:
 
Well when you look at everything within the context of some once/week split routine then yeah it makes sense to give arms their own day. If someone forced me to work out like that then that's how I'd do it.

What I'm thinking though is that if you pair tris/chest and bis/back then you can do it more times per week which means more growth.
 
You have a point there casual...

I usually do chest/shoulders/tris day (Tues-ME/Sat-DE) then a legs/back day (Mon-DE, Thurs-ME), each twice a week...(honestly I only do bi's if I think of them, which is sporadic at best)

again more of a wsb/performance type set up (honestly I only do bi's if I think of them, which is sporadic at best)

any ideas from some of you out there how to work this out, WITHOUT hitting the gym everyday? (I do four days a week now)
usually I would say arms just kind of get lost in the mix, thow in some close grips and some skullcrushers in on the chest days now.....

this could jack up my whole program.....

Don't forget to include just about every powerlifter or strongman you see, who as a whole are much more massive than most bodybuilders. What about Kaz?
