Hopefully the experts will chime in but its been 10 years since my last cycle and things seem to have changed especially in the how a cycle is stacked....What happened to pyramids? 10 years ago a cycle of sust 250, dbol, var, and was a group of overlapping pyramids with the dbol coming in fast then tapering off quickly the sust peaking in the middle and the var trailing in the end followed by PCT which I think was a bunch of proviron back then but I cant remember.

6'4" 256 LBS carrying about 17% Fat right now.
Age 36
Sensitive to Gyno and HDL/LDL ratios arent the best.
I'm not a bodybuilder but I do need a cut and I've recently gone back to MMA training (6 months ago)..and will be rejoining the fight circuit in 8 months professionally.
Goals are 245-250 Solid Offseason 225 Near competition 206 post water weight loss.
Train Boxing/MMA 5 days a week 1-3hrs a day. lift 5 days a week. Extra Cardio on the weekends 1 hr.
Here's my real question - Supplier's stack is this
1-12 Test E 500/week
1-12 50mg Dbol
1-12 20mg Winn
1-12 Hcg 1.25cc/week
12-16 Hcg 2.5cc/week, clomid
This seems totally wrong from what I knew before 10 years ago this would have looked like
1-6 Ramp Test from 250wk - 750/week
6-12 Ramp Test down to 250 week reverse
1 Dbol 20mg
2-8 Dbol 70mg tapered back to 20 mg
7-12 Winn 30mg/day
13 - Hcg daily
13-16 Proviron/clomid
Cals are up to about 3600/day and Body is fighting 80g/protien but we're getting there...lots of fish oil, aspirin, creatine, vitamin multi/1day...couple of shots of red wine before bed (BP is 140/100 on the test so far)
I like the synergy of stacking the dbol with the winn and maybe limiting the bloat but this cycle seems unnecessarily harsh on the liver.
Recommendations? I'd rather cut this back to 10 weeks as well and minimize liver toxicity.
4 days into the test - no orals yet...blood pressure is way too high so gotta do some dietary changes....anybody run blood press meds or cholestrol meds as a part of a cycle?
