thanks for all the great suggestions. i think i will try the cystal light (hope that's not gay) and also some fat/sugar free jello.

forgive my ignorance, what are UDOs?

While I'm cutting, I'm not sure a banana or even PB would be a good idea, but while bulking that's great.

UDO's oil is a mix of EFA's, you can get it at any health food store.

mmmm. psyllium husk... *drool* he he he

seriously though, will that prevent an insulin spike or is it just to add a little fiber?

pro powder+gplenish+fish/flax/olive oil+taurine+some other neutraceuticals=nerve numbing mixture - just imagine being someone else, otherwise it'll end up in front of you :o

yeah doing the ckd the psyllium hust keeps things moving. It's bassically just pure fiber.

oh yeah, will adding in the EFA prevent the insulin spike that protienfiend was talking about?

Adding EFA's and/or fiber to a low-carb protein shake will slow down its absorbtion and it won't induce any insulin spikes.

1tbsp of UDO's is a good amount to add to a shake, if you want to do it.
